BROCCOLINI


Delicious served slightly crunchy with some of the garlic sauce spooned over the top.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 Bunch of broccolini - cut off the tough ends of the stalks
2 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1/4 cup Water

METHOD
In a frying pan, melt the butter into the olive oil, then add the garlic. When the garlic starts to brown, add the broccolini and fry for a minute. Then add the soy sauce and the water, stir briefly and bring to a brisk boil. Cover the pan and cook for two minutes or until the stalks of the broccolini are done.

Serve on a shallow dish, with a little of the garlic sauce.
