KALE WITH MUSHROOMS


Healthy and tasty veggies.


PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1 Bunch of kale.
2 Large brown mushrooms
3 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Splash of white wine

METHOD
Strip the kale from the stalks and rip into small strips. Wash and drain.

Finely chop the garlic

Rip the mushrooms into small chunks

In a frying pan heat the butter and olive oil. Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté gently. Add the kale, stir the vegetables and cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and the wine, cover and cook for 2 more minutes.

Serve in a large dish with a little of the sauce.
