Mayo Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS 
Measurements are approximate. Iake this up as I go.

2 cups cooked brown rice (any rice will work)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2/3 cup of frozen vegetables (peas,carrots and corn)
1/3 cup of kewpie mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD
Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly.

In a wok, fry the mixture for 4 or 5 mins until done. Note that you don't need any oil. The oil in the mayo is enough to cook this dish.

Season to taste.

And that's it - so simple!
