Lamb Rogan Josh (Pressure Cooker)

INGREDIENTS
1 kg lamb leg steaks,, cut into cubes
2 onions, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp ginger, minced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp  tomato passata
4 tsp garam masala
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
Splash of lemon juice
1 cup chicken stock

METHOD
Mix everything except the stock  together in a bowl. Marinate for an hour or two if you can. 30 mins minimum.
Add the stock and stir to combine.
Put the mixture into a pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes at high pressure. Turn off the heat and leave standing for 10 minutes. Then release any remaining pressure.
Serve with rice.
