Honey soy snapper

INGREDIENTS
For theaeinade
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Ginger, minced
1 tsp Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped

The fish
3 Medium size pieces of snapper
Oil for frying

METHOD
Combine all the ingredients of the marinade and stir to combine thoroughly.

In a large tray, arrange the fish in a single layer. Pour most of the marinade over the fish and put aside for 30 to 60 mins.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the fish and any marinade still in the tray and fry both sides until cooked )6 mins or so).

Rove to individual plates. Drizzle a spoonful of the remaining marinade over each piece.

Serve with rice, Miso soup, roasted tomatoes and/or kimpira.  Serves 3
