Daikon and Nashi salad

INGREDIENTS 
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp black sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Nashi pear, peeled and cored and cut into 3 to 5 cm sticks
1/2 a medium daikon, peeled and cut into 3 to 5 cm sticks

METHOD
In a bowl, whisk together the citrus juice, oil, sesame seeds, sugar and salt.

Add the Nashi and the daikon to the bowl and toss well to combine. Adjust the seasoning if needed. Place in the fridge for 1 hour minimum so that the flavors meld before serving.
